If you are just starting Part 1, how I envy you! I've listened to dozens of audiodramas, and there is nothing like this... Effing brilliant, you'll want to binge all the episodes in a row; truly, crack for the ears.
It's only after listening to all the episodes that you will realize just how manipulate John was at the start. He truly was shaken to the core.
i wonder if John actually changed his mind and decided it's better not to kill an innocent person even though he was threatening or if he was just worried that Arthur would miss. it seems pretty early for that kind of change in character but who knows
